Job summary

Vital Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at AVIR Beeville, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility in Texas. You will work with a high-energy interdisciplinary team, creating programs across dining, functional maintenance, cognition and memory care to support residents’ goals.

You will participate in ongoing training and career development, with opportunities for growth within our expanding network of facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs in dining, functional maintenance, cognition and memory care to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement therapy plans and adjust as needed.
• Deliver hands-on OT services to residents in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting.
