You’ll evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; develop care plans; and collaborate to ensure quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Must be licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
