Job summary

Relient Health in Longmont, CO is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapies to improve function and independence in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CO license (or eligibility).
