Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking Occupational Therapists for contract (locals or travelers) and permanent positions in the United States. We offer great pay, travel stipends for travelers, and weekly pay for contracts, with flexibility to explore different areas or stay local.

Qualifications

• Valid OT license or eligible to practice in the state of California.
• Ability to adapt to different environments and patient populations.
• Positive, energetic and compassionate attitude.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients reach their goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy plans and progress.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
