Job summary
BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a flexible part-time Occupational Therapist in New Hampshire. This role includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus and allows therapists to make a real impact in patients' lives through home and community-based care. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with a team to enhance patient outcomes. Successful candidates will have at least a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, a state license, and a minimum of one year's experience.
Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in state practice.
Current CPR Certification.
Minimum of one year’s work experience as an OT.
Responsibilities
Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
Re-assess treatment plans and attend staffing meetings.
Perform discharge evaluations and make safety recommendations.
Communicate patient needs to the treatment team and families.
Skills
Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques
Effective communication
Ability to lift 50 pounds
