Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead hands-on security engagements across industrial environments. You will assess and design OT/ICS security solutions, working with client engineers and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations.

You will develop detailed assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps while contributing as an SME on active pursuits and proposal content. Travel may be required up to 100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in OT/ICS environments (electric utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, water/wastewater, etc.)
• 3+ years with IC technologies: SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs
• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience in OT contexts
• 3+ years experience with IC/OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP)
• 3+ years experience producing security deliverables and executive-facing findings
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years)

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS security engagements across industrial environments
• Assess, design, and help implement OT security solutions
• Collaborate with client IT/OT, system integrators and OEMs
• Develop security assessment reports and remediation roadmaps
• Support OT security governance, policies, and procedures
• Contribute to proposals and SME efforts on active pursuits
