Job summary

Accenture Security seeks an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead hands-on security engagements across industrial environments, assessing and implementing OT/ICS security solutions with client engineers and security teams.

You will develop detailed assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps, while supporting governance, policies, and cross-functional collaboration for practical security outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in OT/ICS environments (electric utilities, manufacturing, etc).
• Minimum 3 years hands-on with IC tech including SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs.
• Minimum 3 years cybersecurity in OT contexts (vulnerability mgmt, IAM, monitoring/IR).
• Minimum 3 years with OT/IC protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP).
• Minimum 3 years producing security deliverables and executive-facing reports.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent ( ≥12 years ) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support OT/ICS security engagements across industrial environments.
• Assess, design, and implement security solutions with client engineers and security teams.
• Contribute as SME on active OT security pursuits and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with client IT/OT teams, system integrators, and vendors for practical outcomes.
• Develop security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps.
• Support OT security program development including governance and policies.
• Deliver reusable assets and best practices across engagements.
