Accenture seeks an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead hands-on security engagements across industrial environments. You will assess, design, and implement OT/ICS security solutions with client engineers, operators, and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations.
You will work across NERC CIP, IEC 62443, and NIST CSF, collaborating with IT/OT teams and contributing to proposals while delivering practical outcomes.

As an OT Cybersecurity Consultant, you will lead and support hands‑on security engagements across industrial environments. You will assess, design, and help implement security solutions across OT/ICS ecosystems—working directly with client engineers, operators, and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations. You are equally comfortable in a substation, a control room, and a boardroom. Beyond client delivery, you will contribute as a subject‑matter expert on active pursuits—helping Accenture win new OT security work while maintaining excellence on your own engagements.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
