Job summary

CorSource Technology Group seeks a Business Systems Analyst 2 (N-IT) in Portland for a 12-month contract to support the OT Cybersecurity Program Management & Compliance team. You will serve as primary analyst for Change and Configuration Management, handling governance for hardware, software, and database changes across production systems.

The role requires adapting to regulatory requirements and collaborating with CCM and IT teams on continuous improvements and audits.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of related analyst experience with degree; 9+ years without a degree.
• Experience in requirements engineering, operations management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support NERC CIP and DOE NIST/FISMA security requirements.
• Perform data management, filing, and records maintenance for auditing.
• Review CCM compliance with FISMA, DOE, WECC, NERC and FERC standards.
• Prepare audits and self-certification data calls; support regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate across CCM teams, participate in meetings and training sessions.
