Job summary

RMC is seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Analyst for a full-time in-office position in San Antonio, TX. You will provide OT cybersecurity support for critical infrastructure, perform vulnerability assessments, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve security posture.

The role emphasizes responsiveness, quality work, and staying informed on OT/ICS threats, with opportunities to engage with government partners and industry groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of OT cybersecurity experience.
• Experience performing vulnerability assessments and risk analysis for OT environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel CONUS 15–20% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vulnerability and risk assessments for OT assets in critical infrastructure.
• Identify and assess dependencies within OT environments.
• Collaborate with analysts and SMEs to deliver high-quality client deliverables.
• Review OT security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Coordinate with government partners and sector ISACs for threat intelligence.
• Contribute to tabletop exercises and OT security program improvements.
