Responsabilidades

• Reconcile the internship schedule against staffing and flex assignments to maintain safe ratios.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Coordinate discharge planning and transitions of care.
• Support TNCC Certification workflows and team coordination.
• Keep families informed by updating care-team contacts and whiteboards.
• Assist new OT hires during onboarding and initial weeks.
• Identify staffing gaps and alert the charge OT to prevent patient-safety risks.
