North Lake Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist or Certified Hand Therapist to join our Hillsboro healthcare team. You will evaluate, plan, and implement comprehensive therapy programs to improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities include patient evaluations, treatment execution, program design, progress monitoring, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• OT degree and active state license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with rehabilitation techniques and modalities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform occupational therapy treatments using various techniques and modalities.
• Design and implement rehabilitation programs for diverse conditions.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Supervise and guide Therapy Assistants and support staff.
• Maintain accurate EMR records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families about plans and home programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
