Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation in Wisconsin and Oregon is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient-centered therapy under the supervision of an OT. You will help clients improve functional abilities and support established care plans across your site.

Candidates must have an ACOTE-accredited OTA program and a valid state license. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth through continuing education and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities

• Support patients in improving functional abilities under the direction of a licensed OT.
• Contribute to development and execution of therapy plans.
• Maintain documentation and ensure billing processes align with clinical care.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols within the facility.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and facility staff.
