Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide services under the supervision of a licensed OT in our care communities. You will support patients, deliver therapies aligned with approved plans of care, and maintain professional conduct in accordance with Reliant standards and regulations.

You will collaborate with a clinical team, supervise Rehab Technicians as needed, and contribute to ongoing education and program development while ensuring accurate

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Deliver treatment aligned with established plans of care and maintain professional conduct.
• Supervise Rehab Technicians as needed and assist with case management.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and Reliant Rehabilitation standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and facility staff in English.
