Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to support a licensed Occupational Therapist in delivering rehabilitative care to Medicare patients.

You will work under supervision to ensure high-quality services in accordance with guidelines. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining accurate records while complying with Medicare rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida OTA license required.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Kinnser software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Provide therapy services to Medicare patients as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
