Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver high-quality therapy under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. You will support patients across care communities, align treatments with established plans of care, and collaborate with facility staff to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.

Your role includes ongoing therapy, supervising Rehab Technicians as needed, and adhering to state and federal regulations while promoting professional

Competenze

• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OTA program.
• Valid OTA state license.
• Ability to read/write/speak English.

Mansioni

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Maintain adherence to Reliant Rehabilitation standards and protocols.
• Assist with treatment planning and case management for assigned patients.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed within the facility.
