Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: OTA associate degree from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ethical practice per AOTA and HIPAA; protect patient confidentiality.
• Under supervision of OT, apply evidence-based practice to inform decisions.
• Document evaluations and interventions accurately per hospital policy.
• Identify patient occupational profiles and address treatment goals.
• Assist in program monitoring and collaborate with OT and unit leadership.
• Provide feedback to students/volunteers and participate in department meetings.
