Qualifications

• Maintains valid licensure, certification or equivalent as required by state agency.

• Must be able to move, sit, stand and travel as needed for care duties.

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes on established patient treatment plans under supervision of a therapist.
• Communicates with patients, families, and other team members.
• Provides timely written documentation to meet department requirements.
• Coordinates treatment goals with the rehab team and ensures patient safety.
