Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Asset Intelligence Associate to research, validate, and maintain data that clarifies product identity, vendor lifecycle status, and vulnerability exposure across OT environments. The role reports to the Team Lead, Device & Integration Research, with a hybrid schedule in Milwaukee, WI.

You will evaluate sources, document assumptions, and help ensure accurate customer-facing results in the product lifecycle and vulnerability coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years researching, analyzing, and documenting information with ability to evaluate sources.
• Experience with structured data, spreadsheets, and documentation systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity vulnerability management concepts, CVEs and advisories.
• Experience with OT/ICS environments or data governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research vendor lifecycle, product identity, and vulnerability information from primary sources.
• Evaluate incomplete information, document sources, and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Validate researched data yields accurate customer-facing lifecycle and vulnerability coverage.
• Keep research records, summarize findings for technical and nontechnical audiences, escalate high-risk issues.
• Support repeatable research and data quality processes, including source tracking and QA.
• Collaborate with asset intelligence leads, engineers, QA, and analysts to improve accuracy.
