Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a post-acute care setting.
• Work 36 hours per week as part of a 13-week contract assignment.
• Deliver patient-centered care and rehabilitation services to post-acute patients.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment programs.
• Monitor and document patient progress toward therapy goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
• Maintain current and valid occupational therapy licensure and certifications.
• Complete required compliance documentation and training as needed.
• Demonstrate ability to adapt quickly and begin providing services promptly upon assignment start.
