Job summary

Wellbound Home Care in Brooklyn and across the boroughs and Long Island, NY, seeks experienced Occupational Therapists to support pediatric and adult clients in their homes. You will deliver individualized therapy spanning fine, gross, and visual motor skills, sensory regulation, cognition, and ADLs, with a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid New York State OT License.
• Proficiency in outpatient therapy techniques and home health practices.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with fine, gross, and visual motor skills
• Assist with sensory and emotional regulation, cognition, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide effective and timely communication with clients and team members
• Educate and train caregivers (e.g., Home Health Aides) to ensure skill carryover
• Complete documentation in a timely and professional manner
• Travel to multiple locations within your assigned region
