Job summary

Physical 4 U Inc is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Miami Lakes team. You will evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore independence and improve daily living.

This role collaborates with PTs, SLPs, and physicians to coordinate care and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate holds a Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy, Florida licensure (or eligible), and NBCOT certification (or in process).

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Florida state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to obtain).
• NBCOT certification required or in process.
• Previous clinical experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy evaluation and treatment techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
