Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess musculoskeletal concerns and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide OMT with informed consent and reassessment of response.
• Educate patients on activity, self-management, prevention and follow-up.
• Coordinate care across disciplines and maintain accurate documentation.
