Job summary

TDS Telecom is seeking a Specialist - OSP Analyst to support construction projects by monitoring material shipments and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role involves submitting Bills of Materials for procurement, tracking shipments, and ensuring material quantities align with GIS data.

You will maintain records for audits and financial reporting, coordinate disposal or recycling of materials, and collaborate across teams to optimize material usage in projects.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher or 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication with high confidentiality and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Submit Bill of Materials for construction project procurement and track shipments, monitor damaged goods on receipt.
• Utilize GIS and material platforms to extract BOMs, monitor utilization, and reconcile material quantities.
• Maintain records, support audits and financial reporting, and coordinate disposal or recycling of materials.
