With a focus on delivering Premier customer service and technical expertise, the position emphasizes achieving key operational metrics while ensuring compliance with all TDS policies. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

The position offers a salary range of $73,800.00 to $120,000.00 per year, depending on qualifications.

Competenze

• 3+ years experience in the telecommunications industry.
• 2+ years experience in a supervisory role.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
