Job summary

Blue Streak seeks a Field Inspector to support a nationwide telecommunications construction project team. The role emphasizes multitasking, strong organizational skills, and clear communication in outdoor settings.

Responsibilities include daily site visits, inspections, reporting deficiencies to the PM, creating redlines and punch lists, and providing field support to managers. Safety and quality are prioritized throughout all activities.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Print Reading, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Apple iPad.
• Must be willing to walk pole/trench lines inspection CATV/Telephony line construction work including removing hand-hole covers to complete inspections.
• Must be willing to keep diligent notes and transfer the notes to dailies and mark-up prints.

• Respond to requests for information from internal & external sources

The role of the Field Inspector is to support a national telecommunication construction contractor’s project team. It requires the ability to multitask with multiple team members using exceptional organizational skills, able to effectively communicate in an outdoor setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
