Mountain Ltd. is seeking an OSP Field Engineer for the Amarillo, TX region. This part-time role involves conducting field and site surveys, inspecting and documenting telecommunications infrastructure, and creating detailed field notes for design and CAD teams. Ideal candidates should have experience with aerial, buried, and underground designs, and proficiency in Microsoft products. Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential. The position requires outdoor work in various weather conditions and varying terrain.
Qualifications
Experience with aerial, buried and underground designs.
Ability to interface with management, team members, clients and property owners.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Provide detailed field notes using various tools including KMZ, GIS and IKE.
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of fiber optic, copper and coax networks and industry standards.
Responsibilities
Conduct field and site surveys.
Inspect and document telecommunications infrastructure.
