What you will be doing
The OSP Designer is responsible for supporting the design, planning, and implementation of outside plant (OSP) telecommunications networks. This entry-level engineering position involves collaborating field surveys, drafting design plans, and assisting with the coordination of construction activities. The OSP Designer I ensures all projects meet company standards, while gaining hands‑on experience in network infrastructure design and project execution.

What you will need
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred. Associate’s degree with relevant experience may be considered.
