Job Description
The Construction Manager will serve as a key leader responsible for the successful execution of OSP, underground, and utility construction projects from planning through completion. This hands‑on leadership role combines field operations management with team development, safety oversight, and project controls. You’ll lead crews in the field, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
In this role, you’ll be the primary point of accountability for daily construction activities, resource allocation, and project performance. You’ll work closely with field crews to solve problems in real time, mentor team members toward their professional goals, and ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
