Job summary

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced OSM/MEP Manager – Process to support the execution and coordination of construction activities on a complex multi-building GMP compliant pharma project. The OSM/MEP Manager – Process must be ready to take on unique challenges daily, keeping the project on schedule and on budget while representing the Company to vendors, subcontractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
  • Champions Safety, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, and the Collaborative Way
  • Communicates and upholds safety culture and safety policies across the project
  • Assists pre‑construction estimating and services, coordinating with Procurement and Construction Directors
  • Collaborates with Procurement on scope development, solicitation, and pre‑qualification of subcontractors and suppliers; reviews bids and owns scope
  • Prepares and manages construction schedule and daily work planning
  • Ensures subcontractor scope, agreements, and design drawings are understood for on‑time and within‑budget execution
  • Reviews and approves subcontract pay applications; coordinates with Quality Control and Document Control for shop‑drawing and submittal processing
  • Manages RFIs, changes in scope, and ensures accurate communication of schedule, quality, and cost impacts
  • Co‑ordinates testing, documentation, and punch lists to maintain quality daily
  • Makes positive client relationships and monitors construction staff training
  • Promotes staff morale and resolves deficiencies when identified
  • Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and ensures project close‑out documentation is complete
  • Assists in preparation of project status reports and performs other duties as assigned
Show your expertise
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • OSHA 10 required / OSHA 30 preferred
  • 5+ years as a Project Manager or 15+ years of construction operations experience
  • Experience in biopharma & Life Sciences, cleanroom, or high‑level containment facilities
  • Project Management experience
  • Proven leadership skills across multiple disciplines
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Exceptional organization and coordination skills
  • Ability to communicate technical material to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Writer, BIM software, Primavera, Microsoft Project, Visio, and basic design tools
