Job summary

CGS is seeking an OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst to conduct advanced collection, processing, exploitation (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources. Arlington, VA-based, Full-Time, Senior-Level position within Administrative and Logistics Support.

The role requires six years as an intelligence analyst in the DoD/IC, plus three years in OSINT/PAI exploitation, and active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

  • Six years as an intelligence analyst in DoD/IC.
  • Three years OSINT/PAI exploitation for targeting and HUMINT.
  • Two years digital signature reduction.
  • Advanced proficiency with all-source intelligence tools and methodologies.
  • Strong OSINT tools knowledge and research techniques.
  • Solid understanding of OSINT authorities, regulations and policy.
  • Strong written communication and MS Office skills.
  • Strong verbal briefing skills at senior levels (O5/GS14+).
  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

  • Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates.

CGS is seeking a skilled OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst to conduct advanced collection, processing, exploitation, dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources.

Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates.
  • Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations is preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction.
  • Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology.
  • Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment.
  • Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
  • Superior written communication skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above.
  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
