Job summary

The Bison Group LLC is seeking a Mid-Level OSINT Training Instructor in Reston, VA. You will produce and organize OSINT training materials, design curricula, and lead instructional sessions to advance tradecraft for national security objectives.

You will contribute to developing advanced OSINT training, implement new TTPs, and deliver engaging instruction to students in a mission-critical environment supporting the DoD.

Qualifications

• Intelligence Community experience required.
• All-Source OSINT training and experience required.
• 8 years of training instruction with recent OSINT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (accredited).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• OSINT training certifications a plus.
• Language certification a plus.

We're looking for a talented Mid-Level OSINT Training Instructor to play a key role in producing and organizing OSINT training materials, designing curriculum, and leading instructional sessions. As an OSINT Training Instructor, you will be responsible for supporting the development of advanced OSINT tradecraft training, implementing new TTPs, and providing expert instruction to students.

Requirements

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Intelligence Community experience required
• All-Source experience with OSINT training and experience, or OSINT collection, research, exploitation, and analytic production experience required
• 8 years of experience conducting training instruction, curriculum development, and All-Source/OSINT experience, with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by an U.S. Department of Education

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Master's degree desired.
• OSINT training and certifications from commercial or government organizations a plus.
• Language certification a plus.
