Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Training Coordinator to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS. The role involves overseeing OSINT reporting, geospatial tools, and dashboard training for partner nations, applying instructional design and adult learning methods for effective knowledge transfer in diverse environments.

The candidate will conduct hands-on sessions, facilitate cross-cultural collaboration, and leverage ESRI ArcGIS and dashboards to adapt content to evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, intelligence studies, or related field or 5+ years of equivalent training experience.
• Knowledge of OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft.
• Exposure to ESRI ArcGIS and/or dashboard analytics or other mission-relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OSINT reporting training for partner nations.
• Manage training on geospatial tools and operational dashboard utilization.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions.
• Facilitate communication and cross-cultural knowledge transfer.
• Oversee training in geospatial analysis and visualization using ESRI ArcGIS or other tools.
• Incorporate real-world scenarios into training programs and adapt content to evolving needs.
