Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Language-Enabled OSINT Collector – WMD Focused to support a government customer’s mission-critical Open-Source Intelligence collection efforts in Reston, VA. The role focuses on OSINT collection related to Weapons of Mass Destruction and CBRNE using MAS and other tools.

The ideal candidate has IC experience, foreign-language OSINT experience, WMD/CBRNE knowledge, and an active TS/SCI clearance, with onsite work in Reston, VA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of OSINT collection, research, analysis, and reporting experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and U.S. citizenship.
• Foreign-language capability in Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, or another required language.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and other OSINT tools.
• Research and analyze foreign-language open sources.
• Develop specialized OSINT collection plans based on requirements.
• Draft OSINT reports and other intelligence products.
• Collaborate with analysts and mission personnel.
