Job summary

US Foods is seeking a forklift operator to move pallets from dock to storage, load/unload stock, and ensure safe handling in a multi-temperature warehouse in Fairburn, GA. The role requires OSHA forklift certification and safety-driven performance.

Expect a base rate of $26.67 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and life insurance. Shifts include nights and days, with overtime as applicable.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write legibly; basic mathematical skills.
• Must understand Voxware commands.
• OSHA forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Transport pallet loads from dock to correct warehouse slot using powered industrial equipment.
• Replenish pick slots to maintain inventory for night shift selection.
• Perform safety checks on battery, brakes, lift controls, and fire extinguisher.
• Record all product, equipment and warehouse damage.
• Maintain aisle cleanliness by removing debris.
• Follow safety policies at all times.
