Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely load and unload materials, stack and retrieve supplies, and support production lines at our Sherman, TX site.

The role requires a current OSHA forklift certification, adherence to GMPs and safety standards, and the ability to work overtime as needed. High school diploma or GED is required, with duties focusing on material handling and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load trucks and secure product.
• Load and unload materials onto or off of pallets, skids, or lifting device.
• Monitor material usage on the work floor and supply production lines with raw materials.
• Weigh materials or products and record results on tags, labels, or production schedules.
• Keep production lines supplied with raw materials.
• Inventory product as needed, and label, sort, wrap and tie product.
• Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Overtime may be required due to business needs.
