Job summary

United Integrated Services (USA) Corp. in Phoenix, Arizona seeks a Safety Technician to ensure OSHA and jobsite safety across construction projects. You will lead safety plans, coach craft workers, and coordinate with the Safety team to promote safe work practices.

The role requires 2+ years in construction safety, OSHA-30, and strong English communication; Mandarin is a plus. Valid AZ driver’s license and occasional travel within Arizona may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years construction safety or equivalent work experience.
• OSHA30 Construction Certification is required; CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to use engineering software such as AutoCAD or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer safety prevention plans, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure safety reports, statistics and documentation are submitted on time.
• Provide safety technical expertise and support to assigned projects.
• Promote safety and safe work practices through coaching and addressing concerns.
• Assist in investigating work-related injuries, illnesses, or near-misses.
• Enforce corrective action to prevent recurrence of hazards.
• Conduct job site inspections and audits to evaluate compliance.
