The Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Principal Specialist of Program Cost Controls (P3) supporting the Naval Standard Missile Systems (NSMS) portfolio in the Naval Power Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and will work closely with the Business Office and the Program Management Office across multiple contracts. As a member of the OSC Finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations and supply chain financials. Scope of work includes weekly and monthly variance reporting, Estimate at Complete (EAC) Development, and weekly analysis of cost runs with direct support to both Control Account Managers (CAMs) and the Program Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a strong fundamental understanding of the operations and supply chain environment, while also working closely with the Program Finance office to ensure financial targets are achieved. The ability to be self-sufficient as well as operating in a team environment, supporting both the functional organizations as well as ensuring program financial commitments are met will be a fundamental success in this role. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
