The Raytheon Operations/Supply Chain (OSC) Finance organization has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to join our team as the Principal Analyst, Program Cost Controls (P3) supporting the NASAMS portfolio of programs within the Land and Air Defense (LADS) strategic business unit (SBU). The successful candidate will be a key member of the Material Execution Finance team and have responsibility for overseeing the Supply Chain financials for several programs as a Material Execution Program Analyst.
The scope of work includes material EAC development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly analysis of cost runs.This includes participating in the control of costs and schedules on contracts that utilize product based EVMS through APEX/SAP EV management reporting tools. You will be required to perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
