Job summary

AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. is seeking an OS&D Clerk to review overages, shortages, and damages and investigate to prevent loss or damage claims. This is a full-time, on-site role within a busy service center environment.

You will perform investigations, document findings using Microsoft Office, and support related duties as assigned. A High School diploma or GED and strong communication skills are required to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and investigates overages, shortages and damages in order to reduce or eliminate loss and damage claims.
• Performs other work related duties as assigned.
