Job summary

Pacific Orthotic Laboratory is seeking a detail-oriented Orthotic Technician to join our production team. You will fabricate custom foot orthotics using precision tools and materials, perform finishing, assembly, and quality assurance, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace.

You’ll work closely with a dedicated team to meet exact specifications and contribute to process improvements while mentoring new staff as needed.

Preferred (but not required) Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience in manufacturing, orthotics, prosthetics, footwear production, or a related precision craftsmanship role
• Familiarity with materials such as polypropylene, EVA, and foams
