Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit study participants, submit IRB proposals, analyze data, and draft manuscripts.
• Design studies, apply statistical methods, and interpret clinical findings.
• Ensure research ethics and manage multicenter registries.
• Participate in patient visits as a clinical exposure scribe and support decision making.
• Shadow faculty, attend lectures and conferences.
• Engage in daily lectures, weekly case reviews, and journal clubs.
• Aim for co-authorship and present at regional or national meetings.
• Receive mentorship and career coaching with project feedback.
