Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• CMA (AAMA) or RMA certification within 1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient preparation, examinations, and education.
• Perform venipuncture, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing as directed.
• Document activities in EMR and coordinate referrals and follow-up.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and infection control standards.
• Support team with scheduling, patient flow, and quality/safety initiatives.
