Job summary

Southeast Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical Services to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care on the Medical/Surgical Unit (e.g., 2 East–7 East). You will work with adult and geriatric patients following standard policies while supporting the hospital mission and values.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license in the state, can read/write/speak English, completes required certifications (BLS, ECG; ACLS preferred), and maintains annual competency.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state is required.
• English literacy in reading, writing and speaking.
• Active BLS and ECG certification; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Care for adult and geriatric Medical/Surgical patients in accordance with policies.
• Support mission, vision and values of the hospital and department.
