Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System in Wadsworth is seeking an RN Ambulatory Team Lead for Orthopedics. The role coordinates daily ambulatory operations, oversees care delivery and caregiver education, and supports team growth to enhance patient experience. Day shift from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Ideal candidates hold RN licensure, with 2+ years of RN experience, BLS, and a BSN preferred; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Two years of RN experience.
• BLS Certification through the AHA or American Red Cross.
• BSN preferred; supervisory/Charge Nurse experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to a specific ambulatory patient population.
• Provide clinical oversight to assigned caregivers and patients to ensure quality and safe care.
• Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues.
• Perform duties of an RN Ambulatory.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives.
• Facilitate orientation, teaching and mentoring of caregivers.
• Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement and research activities.

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Current RN licensure (state)

Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Two years RN experience

BLS Certification (AHA/Red Cross)
