Job summary

Synergy Health Partners is seeking experienced Orthopedic Trauma Surgeons to join the team serving Southcoast Health System in Fall River, New Bedford, and Wareham, Massachusetts. This per-diem opportunity offers 7–10 days of work per month with competitive compensation and a $25,000 sign-on bonus, enabling clinicians to focus on meaningful trauma care with real time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in orthopedic trauma surgery and teamwork in a hospital setting.
• Active Massachusetts medical license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure timely trauma coverage.
• Adapt to per diem schedule and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
