Baystate Health in Springfield, MA is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Orthopedic Trauma Surgery team at Baystate Medical Center. The selected candidate will provide high-acuity trauma care, participate in operative cases as a first assistant, and support the patient care continuum across ED, Trauma Service, ICU, and inpatient units.
Ideal candidates are Board Eligible or certified PAs with at least 1 year of orthopedic experience.

Qualifications: Board Eligible or certified Physician Assistant. Ideal candidates will possess at least 1 year of experience in Orthopedics.
Compensation: $139,050 – 176,130
The compensation ranges in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
