Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon for a physician-led practice in the Greater Nashville area. The role offers clinical autonomy, collaboration with a seasoned team, and long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with accredited orthopedic residency.
• Fellowship training in orthopedic trauma.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in orthopedic surgery; Tennessee licensure eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and surgically manage complex fractures and orthopedic trauma cases.
• Provide comprehensive preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary orthopedic team.
• Contribute to expansion of orthopedic trauma services.
