Job summary

Concord Orthopaedics is seeking an Orthopedic Technician to support clinical operations and enhance the patient experience. This hands-on role involves working directly with physicians, assisting with orthopedic procedures, and delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced medical environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturday mornings, a starting pay of $23.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time

Qualifications

• Casting experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of medical office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with procedures and patient examinations
• Conduct patient intake, including rooming, medical history, and vital signs
• Apply and remove casts, splints, and other orthopedic devices
• Perform dressing changes and prepare injections as directed
• Support efficient patient flow by coordinating with clinical staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
• Deliver compassionate and professional care during all patient interactions
• Complete other office or clinical duties as assigned by the supervisor
