Role Overview

This position involves providing direct patient care in a specialized inpatient unit focusing on Orthopedic, Spine, Urological, and Plastic Surgery patients. The RN will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patient safety, education, and a positive post-operative experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication use.
• Participate in activities that support quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document personalized care plans, communicating effectively across care teams.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
• Maintain safety standards and demonstrate alertness and safe work practices, as this is a safety-sensitive role.
